    Unfortunately, we do not yet have any information on publications using product Anti-LAMP1 antibody [1D4B] (FITC) (ab24871) in Electron Microscopy applications.

    However, the following publication cites use of clone [1D4B] in Electron Microscopy experiments: The targeting of Lamp1 to lysosomes is dependent on the spacing of its cytoplasmic tail tyrosine sorting motif relative to the membrane (PMID: 8647888).

    Per the Materials and Methods: this report references use of frozen murine L cells, fixed in 1% glutaraldehyde (in HEPES saline) and infiltrated in PVP/sucrose; sections were probed with clone 1D4B followed by goat anti-rat IgG conjugated to 6nm gold.
