Product Anti-LAMP1 antibody [LY1C6] (ab13523) is an unconjugated Ab, and does not contain any conjugated fluorophores or dyes. For successful ICC/IF staining of tissues using ab13523, a secondary Ab must be used that contains a conjugated fluorophore or dye.

For successful ICC/IF staining using ab13523, which is a mouse host primary Ab of isotype IgG1, we recommend an anti-mouse secondary Ab targeting either IgG1 specifically or mouse IgGs in general.
