Thank you for your promote response. Generally, there are many possible atttach points on the organic compounds which can be used to be coupled to the protein to obtain the desired antibody. My question is that which part of the Malachite and Salbutamol was coupled to protein to make the immunogen. I need to know that information simply because I have to make the matched enzyme conjugate to make the immunoassay working. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Best Regards,

Thank you for your reply. The positions of derivation are as follows: 1. Salbutamol (ab30594) = 3-hydroxymethyl 2. Leucomalachite Green (ab31127) = unsubstituted phenyl ring I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
