I am trying to detect lipase in mouse pancrease but there is no signal. Can you tell me what would be a suitable positive control? Do you image references?

Thank you for your enquiry. I am afraid that we do not have any information on expression in pancreas. However, based on our laboratory testing, we did find staining in human tyroid sections. Also, according to this publication, lipase is also expressed in liver, lung, kidney, and placenta. You may want to consider using these as a positive control. Please refer to the journal for more information. Endothelial Lipase Modulates Susceptibility to Atherosclerosis in Apolipoprotein-E-deficient Mice. J. Biol.
