Additional data

Additional Notes
Asynchronous cells were paraformaldehyde-fixed, permeablized, immunofluorescently labeled and counterstained with DAPI. This antibody produces a weak, nuclear-enriched, focal staining pattern in interphase cells, which is not the expected staining pattern. MeOH-fixed samples were also evaluated and failed to produce a specific staining pattern under these conditions.
Abcam response
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Your data suggests that ab24447 may not be suitable to detect endogenous LIPG by ICC in HeLa cells under these experimental conditions. We hope this information is useful to our customers and we welcome further feedback
