  • ab135734 staining LMX1b in mouse kidney tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked with 2% BSA for 30 minutes at 25°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in 10mM citrate, pH 6.0. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 1X PBS + 2% BSA + 0.2% Trition X-100) for 12 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/800) was used as the secondary antibody. Costaining with 10µg/ml Hoechst 33342 for 1 minute at 25°C.
