LOXL2 was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg MDA-MB-435S (Human mammary gland ductal carcinoma melanocyte) whole cell lysate with ab260046 at 1/30 dilution (2ug in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab260046 at 1/500 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366) was used at 1/1000 dilution.

Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.

LOXL2 is a glycoprotein. Unprocessed LOXL2 (100kDa) and processed LOXL2(70kDa) are observed. The molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 27770022).
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab260046).
