DescriptionRabbit polyclonal to LSP1
-
Host speciesRabbit
-
SpecificityThis epitope affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody reacts predominantly with LSP1. By immunoblot analysis, a ~52 kDa immunoreactive protein from Mouse Spleen tissue lysate was detected (sample were boiled prior to subject 10% SDSpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). This band is abolished by the depletion of the synthetic immunizing peptide.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application | Abreviews | Notes |
---|---|---|
ELISA | Use a concentration of 0.1 - 1 µg/ml. | |
IP | Use 3µg for 105 cells. | |
WB | Use a concentration of 0.5 - 2 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 52 kDa. |
Target
-
FunctionMay play a role in mediating neutrophil activation and chemotaxis.
-
Tissue specificityActivated T-lymphocytes.
-
Post-translational
modificationsPhosphorylated by casein kinase II, protein kinase C and MAPKAPK2. Phosphorylation by PKC induces translocation from membrane to cytoplasm. Phosphorylation by MAPKAPK2 may regulate neutrophil chemotaxis. -
Cellular localizationCell membrane.
