The immunogen and epitope sequences, respectively, show the following similarities against rabbit: 1) ab70191: 93% 2) ab56777: 96% 3) ab56305: 72% 4) ab6328: 100% Due to this high homology, the anti-Lumican antibody, the anti-ALDH1L1 antibody and the anti-Fibronectin antibody are likely to cross-react with the rabbit orthologs, whereas the homology for the MMP12 antibody seems to low which is why we would not recommend testing this antibody. However, if requested I would be pleased to look for another anti-MMP12 antibody that might be suitable for rabbit, as we have for example antibody against the N- or C-terminus of the protein. To our knowledge, ab70191, ab56777 and ab6328 have not been tested in rabbit yet.
