I am confused by looking at your product sheet. On the first page under application notes, the recommended dilution for Western Blot is 1/300 then on the next page you give an example of a blot with the antibody and you site the dilution as 1/1000. Which one is the recommended dilution?

The lab has tested the antibody at a 1:300 dilution thus it is our recommended dilution, however ab3585 has been used successfully at a 1:1000 dilution by another user who submitted an Abreview with their protocol and data (the image that you have seen). We suggest titrating the antibody to find the optimal dilution for your particular samples and protocol, and starting this titration with a 1:300 dilution.
