      Question

      Dear technical team,

Our customer purchased ab120243 (LY294002) who used *competitor* LY294002.

The customer thought they were the same but, inhibition rate were quite different.

So, he had complaint about that but, I found out their Cas# are different.

Please let me know the differences between them.

      Thank you in advance.

      Best regards,

      Answer

Thank you for your inquiry. I am sorry to hear ab120243 is not providing satisfying results.

Could you please let me know how and in what the customer dissolved ab120243?

I can confirm that the CAS number of the *competitor* product and ab120243 is not the same. The *competitor* product is the hydrochloride (HCL)of LY 294002. Please review the formula: C19H17NO3 · HCl.

It also not as pure as ab120243.

Could your customer please provide more details about the experiment, the dilution and the results? This will enable us to better investigate this case for your customer.

I am looking forward to your answer and the requested details.
