Western blot analysis of varying levels of Recombinant human Lymphotactin protein using ab271254 at 0.1 µg/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Lymphotactin is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Human Lymphotactin/ATAC was detected by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µl/well) using a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/ml of ab271254. This antibody in conjunction with an appropriate capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Lymphotactin/ATAC protein.
ab271254 has not yet been referenced specifically in any publications.
