A-375 (human malignant melanoma cell line) cells stained for MAGEA1 (green) using ab228591 at 1/500 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 minutes.
Nuclear counter stain: Hoechst 33342 (blue).
