Question

I work with PEG-Maleimide hydrogels crosslinked with a di-thiol peptide. I would like to measure the amount of not reacted maleimide groups after hydrogel crosslink (solid and partly transparent sample). Do you think that this assay kit will be suitable for my experiment?
