  • General notes

Ab240981 is the carrier-free version of ab223504. This format is designed for use in antibody labeling, including fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, enzymes.

Our carrier-free formats are supplied in a buffer free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol for higher conjugation efficiency.

Use our conjugation kits  for antibody conjugates that are ready-to-use in as little as 20 minutes with <1 minute hands-on-time and 100% antibody recovery: available for fluorescent dyes, HRP, biotin and gold.

ab240981 is compatible with the Maxpar® Antibody Labeling Kit from Fluidigm.

Maxpar® is a trademark of Fluidigm Canada Inc.

Images

  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of Human breast carcinoma tissue sections labeling Mammaglobin A with ab223504 at 1/100 dilution (1.08 μg/ml). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 10mins. Goat Anti-Rabbit & Mouse IgG (HRP) was used as the secondary antibody. Hematoxylin was used as a counterstain. Cytoplasmic staining on the human breast carcinoma, performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND™ RX instrument.
The section was incubated with ab223504 for 10 mins at room temperature.

This image was generated using ab223504, the same clone, but with a different buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometric analysis of MCF7 (human breast adenocarcinoma cell line) cells stained for Mammaglobin A using ab223504 (green) at 1/100 dilution compared to negative control of rabbit IgG (blue).

This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA and sodium azide (ab223504).

  • Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human breast ductal carcinoma tissue stained for Mammaglobin A with ab223504 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA and sodium azide (ab223504).
