  • Immunofluorescent analysis of U251 cells labeling MAP1LC3A with ab173700. U251 cells were treated with Chloroquine (50 μM,16h), then fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min). Cells were then incubated with ab173700 (1/200, 2 h at room temperature). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1/1000, 1h). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) (10 μg/ml, 5 min).

  • Immunofluorescent analysis of Wild-type and mutant cerebellar cells labeling MAP1LC3A with ab173700 at 1/10 dilution (Red). Co-immunostaining of CLN3-encoded protein, battenin with a monoclonal anti-battenin antibody (Green). DAPI staining (Blue).

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue labeling MAP1LC3A with ab173700 at 1/50 dilution, followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
