    Based on the protocol you sent, I do not believe that there is any protocol tips that I can give that will resolve the issue. Also we do not have any other lots of ab56087 or any otherMAP$4 phospho antibodies. Therefore, I can either send a different antibody as a free of charge replacement or I can refund the original purchase.
