    MARCKS is the most prominent cellular substrate for protein kinase C. This protein binds calmodulin, actin, and synapsin. MARCKS is a filamentous (F) actin cross-linking protein.

The concentration of the anti-MARCKS (phospho S152 + S156) antibody (ab32590) varies slightly on a lot-to-lot basis as this antibody is titered for reproducibility before being put into stock.

I have checked our records and the most recent purchase we have had from Australia was purchased on the 18th of October 2012 with the lot number GR86433-1. This lot has a concentration of around 0.25mg/ml. If this is not the lot you are using please do let me know and I can check with the lot you are using.
