Observed band size: 25 kDa
Additional bands at: 15 kDa, 28 kDa, 45 kDa (possible dimer), 55 kDa (possible dimer). We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunofluorescence analysis of mouse adult NSCs derived from SVZ, staining TTF1 with ab38556.
Cells were fixed with Zamboni's fixative, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% goat serum for 2 hours at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 3% goat serum) for 18 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
