  • MAX was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg of HEK-293 (Human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney) whole cell lysate with ab199489 at 1/60 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab199489 at 1/500 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366), was used for detection at 1/1000 dilution.

    Lane 1: 293 whole cell lysate 10µg (Input).

    Lane 2: ab199489 IP in HEK-293 whole cell lysate.

    Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab199489 in HEK-293 whole cell lysate.

    Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.

    Exposure time: 5 seconds.

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab199489).

    Lane 4 : K562 (Human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line from bone marrow) whole cell lysate

    Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.

    All lanes : Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/100000 dilution
