10ug of each antibody or normal IgG was used for 1,000,000 cells

when ab38646 and ab3754 were tested together and normal rabbit IgG was used as 1 fold, ab3754 recruit ~ 4 fold amount of DNA , and signal of ab38646 is near normal rabbit IgG.

We would suggest using ab3754 MBD2a antibody which is a ChIP grade antibody. However, we would suggest using an antibody that recognizes a non-histone protein as a control.
