  • Western blot analysis of HepG2 cell lysate immunoprecipitated with ab180152 at 1/50 dilution followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab180152).

  • Flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa cells labeling MDH1 with ab180152 at 1/20 dilution followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/75 dilution (red), compared to a Rabbit IgG control (green).

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab180152).

  • Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling MDH1 with ab180152 at 1/250 dilution, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (Dylight 488) at 1/250 dilution. Counter stained with DAPI.

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab180152).
