Biological description
Selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. Shows antiemetic effects in vivo. Suppresses voluntary ethanol consumption that is mediated by 5-HT3 receptor in rats.

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
