Inquiry: Hello, I wish to do immunofluorescence/ICC with the ME2 antibody EPR7218 and was wondering how the cells were fixed and permeabilized to give the immunofluorescence image of HeLa cells on the product website? As much detail as possible (i.e. fixative, concentration, incubation time, etc) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us.
For HeLa cells only, we fix with acetone at -20 ºC for 5 mintues and continue to washing and staining.
If you are using other cell types, we recommend fixing with 2% PFA for 20 min and permeabilizing with 0.1% Triton-X for 5 min.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
