Applications

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab110612 in the following tested applications.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Application Abreviews Notes
Flow Cyt 1/100.

ab171870 - Rabbit polyclonal IgG, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.

Indirect ELISA Use a concentration of 0.5 - 2 µg/ml. (using 100 µl/well antibody solution) allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human Melanoma Inhibitory Activity.
Sandwich ELISA Use a concentration of 0.5 - 2 µg/ml. Can be paired for Sandwich ELISA with Rabbit polyclonal to Melanoma Inhibitory Activity (Biotin) (ab84235). Using ab84235 as the detection antibody and ab110612 as the capture antibody, the detection limit for recombinant Human Melanoma Inhibitory Activity is 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well, using 100 µl/well antibody solution.
WB Use a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 15 kDa. The detection limit for recombinant Human Melanoma Inhibitory Activity is 1.5 – 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

ab110612 staining Melanoma Inhibitory Activity in Human melanoma cell line by Flow Cytometry. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde and permeabilized with saponine. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/1000 in PBS) for 15 minutes at 20°C. ab97050, Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.
