This antibody has only been tested with human samples only; so far we do not have any data regarding its cross-reactivity with other species such as dog (canine). Though you have kindly provided some details, it would be much appreciated if I could get some more information which would help me identify the source of the problem.   What lysis buffer was used: DAPI Question: Why DAPI was used? What is the composition of this buffer, please clarify with your customer.   What loading buffer was used: DTT Question: What is the composition of this buffer?   Blocking agent: milk 10% Question: Has your client tried other blocking agent like 5 % BSA in TBS-T rather than milk which for certain target proteins works better?   Thank you for your understanding and co-operation in this matter.
