Hi, The power cut was not long than 24 hours and we cannot assure if the products were or not at room temperature when the electricity switched again (they were kept in the fridge but it was not working as a consequence of the power cut). We need your evaluation about the state of the products, because if they are damaged we will claim it cost to the insurance company and we will process with its reposition. The antibodies are fine for 1 week at room temperature however in your case if the products fail to perform I would suggest getting refund from insurance company.
