For western blotting of extracts from human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells (or in general in a human cell line) what is the antibody dilution you recommend?

Thank you for your enquiry. From looking at our recommendation and customer reviews of the product, it appears that a 1:500 dilution would be a good starting point for Western blot in mammalian cells. It may be necessary to optimize from there for your particular application. I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
