Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab9243 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|ELISA||Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml.|
|IHC-Fr||Use at an assay dependent dilution.|
|WB||Use a concentration of 1 - 10 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 25, 50 -150 kDa. The antibody recognizes the heavy chains of human IgG. The size of the band observed depends on the sample preparation and degree of fragmentation the Ig molecule has undergone. Under reduced conditions in WB heavy chains at 50 kD. Intact (native) IgG is 150 kDa. Therefore either 50 kDa or the entire IgG at 150kDa will be observed, depending on how much the molecule is fragmented (you may see both).|
