ab75508 staining MPRA in murine ovary tissue sections by Immunocytochemistry.Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde, blocked using 10% normal goat serum for 1 hour at 25°C and then incubated with ab75508 at a 1/500 dilution for 12 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was a biotin conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal, used at a 1/500 dilution.Procedures were tested with and without a permeabilization step and better results were acquired by eliminating the permeabilization step, due to PAQR7 being expressed on the cell membrane.
