Lane 1: Detection of Human MSANTD2 by Immunoprecipitation from 293T whole cell lysate (0.5 to 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), using ab202284 at 6 µg per reaction for IP.
Lane 2: Immunoprecipitation from 293T whole cell lysate (0.5 to 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), using an antibody which recognized an epitope of MSANTD2.
Lane 3: Immunoprecipitation from 293T whole cell lysate (0.5 to 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), using Control IgG.
Subsequent Western blot detection used an anti-MSANTD2 antibody at 0.4 µg/ml.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
