Pro-MSP is proteolytically cleaved into alpha and beta chain. The expression profile and molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 8393443;8609228;7732008;11856768).
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab245190).
