Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Mu Opioid Receptor antibody [EPR26293-61] (AB302512)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded HEK-293T cells labeling Mu Opioid Receptor. The section was incubated with ab302512 for 30 mins at room temperature at 1/500 dilution (0.924 µg/ml) followed by a ready to use Leica DS9800 (BOND™ Polymer Refine Detection kit). Cytoplasmic staining on A: HEK-293T cells transfected with a rat OPRM1 expression vector containing a myc-His tag cell pellet, and no staining on B: 293T transfected with an empty vector cell pellet. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control: Secondary antibody is a ready to use Leica DS9800 (BOND™ Polymer Refine Detection kit).
Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 20 mins was used.
