Target

Images

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue labeling MYO1H with ab219505 at 5 μg/ml.

  • Anti-MYO1H antibody - C-terminal (ab219505) at 0.1 µg/ml + NIH3T3 cell lysate (in RIPA buffer) at 35 µg

    Developed using the ECL technique.

    Predicted band size: 119 kDa
    Observed band size: 110 kDa
why is the actual band size different from the predicted?

    Primary incubation was 1 hour.

An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
