Hi, This antibody for n-Myc, does it discriminate between the different MYC family members (MYC and MYCL1) in human cells? IE, does it detect n-Myc and not detect c-Myc or Mycl? Thanks for your help,

Thank you for your enquiry. According to the following publication, monoclonal ab16898 n-Myc antibody [clone NCM II 100] interacts with an epitope unique to an N-myc region not present in C-myc regions tested (3' 60% mouse C-myc coding region and 5' 30% C-myc coding region); please see the second paragraph on page 5930 of the publication. I hope this is helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further assistance.
