NAB1 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) usind ab241305 at 6 µg/mg lysate. Western bot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab241305 at 0.4 µg/ml.
Lane 1: ab241305 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
