ELISA Use at an assay dependent concentration.

Titre using a peptide based assay:1/312500.

WB Use a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 54 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 61 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
IHC-P Use a concentration of 4 - 8 µg/ml.

I have checked internally and presumably the correct concentration of the product is 1 mg/ml. I will doublecheck this with a couple of my colleagues on Monday (as they were out today), and will confirm this then.
