NARFL is a component of the cytosolic iron-sulfur (Fe/S) protein assembly machinery. Required for maturation of extramitochondrial Fe/S proteins. Seems to negatively regulate the level of HIF1A expression, although this effect could be indirect. -

NARFL was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN lysis buffer. ab241215 used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. For WB at a 1:400 dilution.
Lane 1: ab241215 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG.
Chemiluminescence detection: 30 seconds.
