we would be interested in buying apoB100 from human plasma. We looked through your website and we found some interesting products but we're interested in some details not specified, specifically for the following proteins,
https://www.abcam.com/Apolipoprotein-B-protein-ab77859.html - Apolipoprotein B protein - In the specifications we can see that this protein is devoided of other proteins, Apo(a), Apo C and Apo E, but could you please tell us the purity grade of this apoB?
https://www.abcam.com/Apolipoprotein-B-protein-ab82277.html - Apolipoprotein B protein - In this case, the purity grade is indicated ( >95% by SDS-PAGE ), but we would like to know if this protein is devoided of other proteins like the firts one.
We look forward for your reply and thank you for your consideration in advance.

Thank you for contacting us.
For ab77859: Apo B-100 is isolated from other smaller apoproteins by gel filtration chromatography. The presence or absence of these smaller apoproteins is tested by Ouchterlony immunodiffusion using the corresponding antibody. The purity grade is not determined for each lot.
For ab82277: The >95% purity by SDS-PAGE is a minimum purity statement. Apoliprotein B is tested against anti-whole human serum, Anti-Apoliproprotein A1 and Anti-Apolipoprotein B. The product shows no reaction to Anti-ApoA1 and single arcs against Anti-Apolipoprotein B and Anti-whole human serum. The single arc against anti-whole human serum suggests no contaminants in the product.
I hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
