One our customers wants to purchase antibodies to test in sELISA and human samples. They want to detect cardiac troponins T and I. 1) anti-cardiac troponin T : ab45932 to coat on surface, then the protein ab47005 and then the FITC conjugated antibody ab105439 for detection. 2) anti-cardiac troponin I : ab27972, then Cardiac Troponin I protein ab50803 and ab56357 that will be conjugated with FITC using the Easylink kit. Would it work for their sELISA experiments?

Thank you for contacting us. I would recommend to use : 1) For the detection of Cardiac Troponin T : - ab45932 as capture antibody (directed against amino acids 64-82) www.abcam.com/ab45932 , - ab9937 as protein target, www.abcam.com/ab9937 , (not ab47005 which is the immunogen peptide used to raise ab45932), - ab105439 as detection antibody (directed against amino acids 64-82), www.abcam.com/ab105439 . 2) For the detection of Cardiac Troponin I : - ab115704 as capture antibody, www.abcam.com/ab115704 , - ab50803 as protein target, www.abcam.com/ab50803 , - ab19615 as detection antibody (can be conjugated with FITC using the EasyLink conjugation kit), www.abcam.com/ab19615 . I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
