Thank you very much for your patience while I was investigating.
I am happy to confirm that we do have antibody pairs validated for sandwich ELISA for Troponin T, C and I. We do not have tested troponin proteins as standard. For the Troponin T,I have also double checked with the source of the antibodies, and they do have a protein which they can recommend. I am currently checking with my colleagues if we can add it to our catalog. However we do have the individual standard proteins or also a recomplexed protein, which could be tested also as a standard. Please let me know what you think. Indeed, it could be that the recomplexed protein is more stable and less prone to protein degradation and you could use it for all the three ELISAs. potential standard complex: ab94712 https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=94712 (or use the following: https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=94712).

For all the proteins or for the complex, we are happy to provide you with our testing discount code as well. Please let me know whether you are interested and I am happy to send you the detailed description of this offer (you would buy the protein to the normal price, test it in ELISA, give us the feedback and then you will get another protein (or other product) for the same price for free. So basically the offer is 100% however only on a second product - for more information, please see also https://www.abcam.com/test-vial)
Unfortunately we do not have any ELISA kits for the moment against the cardiac Troponins. We are however looking into adding them to our catalog within a few months.
I hope this information is helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact me again, should you have any additional questions or should you like to receive the testing discount.
