Dear Tech support, Has ab81743 been tested as an inducer of cell adhesion? Is there a fibronectin peptide available tested for that purpose? Thank you for your kind help.

Thank you very much for your inquiry. I can confirm that ab81743 (Fibronectin protein (Human)) is suitable as inducer of cell adhesion. This product is suitable to promote the adhesion and propagation of cells in vitro when used to coat cell culture surfaces, including plasticware, glassware and microcarrier beads. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. This product is the only Fibronectin we have in our catalogue that is tested for this application. I hope this information was helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact me again with any further questions.
