Thanks for your inquiry. The new Lot GR54583-2 is at a higher concentration and therefore the 100 Unit package size will fit in a smaller vial compared to the previous lot. New Lot : concentration 1140 Units/mL = 88uL per 100 Units Old Lot: concentration 36 Units/mL = 2.78mL per 100 Units Both lots shoudl be labeled by abcam with the concentration showing "units/mL". The vial labels show "units/mL". The specification sheet that is included with each shipment shows both the "units/mL" activity and the "mg/mL" protein concentration.
