Hello I would like to use plasmin (ab90928) to digest a blood clot. I have never used this product before. The sample is lyophilized. Can you recommend a concentration to use for digesting a very small blood clot from a rabbit cartilage defect?

We have not tested ab90928 for the specific purpose of dissolving a blood clot in an in vivo animal model. I recommend performing a literature search to obtain a better idea of plasmin concentration ranges that may be effective at digesting a blood clot in your animal model. After a quick search I found the following paper that may be of use to you:
The authors used a plasmin concentration of 2.4 mg/ml for degradation of an in vitro blood clot model.
