Flow cytometry antibodies

Flow cytometry is a powerful laser-based technique used in immunology and immuno-oncology to profile extracellular and/or intracellular proteins to determine the characteristics of a cell.  Flow cytometry directly detects antigens using fluorescent conjugated antibodies, each corresponding to a different protein in or on the cell surface. A key advantage of flow cytometry is that it allows researchers to simultaneously analyze many parameters in a cell population and many different cell markers. Studying multiple markers or parameters is also known as multiplexing.
