Unfortunately, we can not offer a blocking peptide for anti-NCR1 antibody [n1D9] (ab14823), since a recombinant full length protein corresponding to amino acids 22-255 of Human NCR1 was used as immunogen.


I took a look through our catalog and would recommend human NCR1 full length protein (ab132141) or human NCR1 protein fragment (ab191681) for you as it fits your needs. The human NCR1 full length protein (ab132141) compromises the amino acids 22 to 303 and the human NCR1 protein fragment (ab191681) compromises amino acids from 22 to 254. Therefore we would expect either of these products to work with anti-NCR1 antibody [n1D9] (ab14823) as blocking peptide as well as positive control.
