Relevance
NDUFB11 (NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 beta subcomplex, 11) is a component of the mitochondrial complex 1. Mammalian complex I is the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain of mitochondria. It is composed of 45 different subunits. Complex I transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain via ubiquinone. -
Cellular localization
Mitochondrion inner membrane. -
