  • Function

    Core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I) that is believed to belong to the minimal assembly required for catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded, Human endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue labeling NDUFV2 with ab183717 at a 1/100 dilution. Counter stained with hematoxylin.

    Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

  • Western blot analysis on immunoprecipitation from 1) A549 cell lysate, or 2) TBS, labeling NDUFV2 using ab183717 at 1/50 dilution and HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG preferentially detecting the non-reduced form of rabbit IgG at a 1/1500 dilution.
