Paraffin-embedded human glioma cancer tissue stained for NEDD1 using ab230201 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
NEDD1 was immunoprecipitated from 500 µg HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate using 4 µg of ab230201.
Lane 1: 1 µg Rabbit monoclonal IgG instead of ab230201 in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: ab230201 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: HeLa whole cell lysate 20 µg (input).
For western blotting, an HRP-conjugated light chain specific antibody was used as the Secondary antibody at 1/50000 dilution.
