All lanes : Anti-NEDD1 antibody (ab230254) at 1/1000 dilution
Lane 1 : Mouse small intestine tissue lysate
Lane 2 : Jurkat (human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) whole cell lysate
Secondary
All lanes : Goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1/10000 dilution
Developed using the ECL technique.
Observed band size: 72 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted? -
Paraffin-embedded human glioma cancer tissue stained for NEDD1 using ab230254 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.

NEDD1 was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate with 4 μg ab230254. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab230254. An HRP-conjugated light chain specific antibody was used as secondary antibody at 1/50,000 dilution.
Lane 1: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (1 μg) instead of ab230254 in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: ab230254 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: HeLa whole cell lysate 20 µg (Input).
